During Arashi no Waku Waku Gakkou 2014; for a part of his lesson, Ohno read letters he had written to each member, centering around the theme: "The moment our friendship deepened".

Here is the letter he read to Sho.

"嵐の友情が深まったあの時、大野智。

覚えていますか、翔くん。今から１０年ほど前、松潤と翔くんと僕の３人でウエスト・サイド・ストーリーのミュージカルに出演しましたね。松潤は敵役だったので、別の部屋だったんです。翔くんと僕は２人でずっと同じ楽屋でした。

でも、不思議だったなあ。楽屋で頼む出前のメニューが何故かいつも、かぶるんです。僕が食べたいものが翔くんが食べたいもので、翔くんが食べたいものが僕の食べたいものと一緒！だからいつでも２人で同じメニューを頼んでいました。公演が１ヶ月に渡って行われたので、１ヶ月ほとんど食べるものが、一緒！　しかも１日２公演とかあったので朝から夜の９時まで１ヶ月間ずっと翔くんと一緒！

シャワーを浴びるんですが、翔くんからシャンプーやボディーソープを借りていたので、それも一緒。楽屋では当時はやっていたディスティニー・チャイルドをかけっぱなしにしていたのです。なので、聴く音楽も一緒。

何から何まで一緒で、これだけ一緒にいたら嫌になることもありそうだけど、でも、不思議とそういう気持ちにならなくて、翔くんとなら一緒に暮らせるなあ、と思いました。まるで兄弟みたいでした。今では笑い話ですが、あの１ヶ月を経験して僕らの友情は深まりました。　翔くん、そしてメンバーの皆、いつもどんなときも一緒にいてくれてありがとう。これからもよろしくおねがいします。

Hello lovelies, this is another belated post from me! (I'm just living at a very different time and space so lets just assume that today is Sho's birthday where I live :P).

MatsuJun has given the theme 'sashi-nomi' for Ohno & Sho in this issue. 'Sashi' means to do something between two people, so in this regard it means a drinking session with just the two of them. Seems they've enjoyed this chance to the fullest and looking at the pictures; it's almost as if they're actually having it in private and not as work.

櫻井：今日の取材、最高だよー（笑）！
大野：マツジュン、ありがとう（笑）♪
櫻井：「さし飲み」ならまずはビールで乾杯だよね。料理でマストなのは、刺し身の盛り合わせ。特に貝類には目がなくて。
大野：いいねぇ。オレの好物は、チャンジャ。（目を細めて）おいしいんだよね～。
櫻井：ビールの後は、焼酎にシフトすることが割と多いかな。大学を卒業する頃友達と飲み始めたんだ。
大野：オレは、１つの種類をずっと飲むっていうことが多い。
櫻井：シチュエーションとしては、落ち着いて話したいから、席に軽く仕切りがあるようなお店が理想かな。智くんは？
大野：家が一番だね。オレ、眠くなってきちゃうことがあるんだよ。だから友達が来て、オレ抜きでも楽しんで、好きな時間に帰っていく、っていうのがラク。
櫻井：持つべきものは理解ある相手だね（笑）。そういえばオレは、昨日も学生時代の親友と会ってたの。そういつに子どもが生まれたからお祝いを渡して、「キャンプとか連れてってあげなよ！自然に触れる機会をたくさん作るといいんじゃない？」なんて独身のオレが子育てを熱く語るとういう（笑）。友達と食事する時は、仕事の話はほとんどしないかな。
大野：オレも。この頃よく会うのは釣り好きな人が多いから、「次はあそこに行きたい」みたいな妄想トークばっかり。
櫻井：釣りしながらも飲むんでしょ？
大野：適当にリラックスしてるほうが、よく釣れるから（ニッコリ）。その時は、釣りたての魚をポン酢で食べながらシャンパン飲んでるよ。……（ふと気づいて）オレ、おしゃれじゃない！？
櫻井：かなりの上級者！最近は、後輩から誘われることも増えてきたな。声かけてもらったら日程の候補をあげて、彼らが今後使えそうなお店を予約してる。
大野：大抵、後輩からの質問攻めになるよね。うまく答えられないんだけど（笑）。いろいろ真剣に考えてて、感心しちゃう。
櫻井：嵐のメンバーとは、意外にさし飲み経験は少ないかも。一回、ツアーの時に相葉くんの部屋で飲んでくらい。
大野：オレは、マツジュンと飲んだな。最初は２人だったけど、どんどん増えていって、最後は大人数になってた（笑）。
櫻井：マツジュンは、熱く語りながら飲むタイプ。ビールの後は焼酎に変えたりして。ニノは、ずっとビールのイメージ。
大野：相葉ちゃんは、なんか楽しく飲んでるイメージがあるね。
櫻井：オレにとってお酒は、スイッチをオフにしてくれる存在。少し飲むだけでホッとできるんだ。
大野：オレはよく晩酌してるから、夜ごはんのお供って感じ。あるとうれしいんだ。
櫻井：こんな風に取材でお酒の話するなんて、オレたちも大人になったね（笑）

Hi lovelies, here I am again, after a loooong lull. It's translator's 'block', I'm telling you.

But I woke up this morning to see this, and I thought I can probably manage to translate it without having to check on 3104 different dictionaries/word references (ahem.) so here it is.

It's from the latest +ACT magazine that featured Ohno showing off his 'persona' as lithe-bodied black cat; like one of the previous photoshoot he had for the same magazine. This had quite a long interview which touches on various issues like Arashi's 15th year, their Hawaii live concert, new album; among others. The interviewer also posed question about the other members; their transformation along the years and their charms in Ohno's perspective, so here is what he answered in regards to Sho.

Happy New Year 2014 to everyone! So many things happened in a single year, and we're now entering Arashi's 15th year. Looking forward for more Yamapair moments to enjoy *cheers* But I guess, it's counter-intuitive to be asking for more when we're taking for granted about great things that already happened and not be properly grateful for those.

So after a bit of self-reflection; this is my first post for the new year and well, my resolution shall be about updating more regularly for this is my way to show my gratitude for the abundance of yamapair moments and the amazing kindred souls who share the love for yamapair like I do. I shall try my best!

Now, putting my 'personal thoughts' aside; here I'm continuing with another issue of Non-no which paired Ohno and Sho together. The theme is "Adult Men"; given by Nino and he had the impression that being adult means to have own family/household. So based on that, Ohno and Sho were assigned to do the photography with babies! Such wonderful combination, don't you think so? They also spoke about what it means to be adult, shared their thoughts on each other and the members in regards to this.
