2008 SEPTEMBER: MAGAZINE (HANAKO) - A SUMMER WITHOUT SAKURAI SHO

This is a small segment in the said magazine called "Himitsu no Nayami-Soudan" (Secret Problem Consultation); where a member gets to issue out a 'problem' to get 'advice' or answer from the next member in the coming issue.

This time, Ohno received a 'problem' from Sho.

櫻井：　この号が発売される頃、僕は日本にいません。この"櫻井がいない日本の夏"をみんながどう過ごすのか、気になってしかたないのですが……


金メダルを何個持って帰るか日本で期待してます。
大野：　アジアツアーコンサートのリハーサルにも集中しないといけないし、翔くんは大変だね。でもレギュラー番組の収録でどうせ戻ってくるからなぁ。（ここで通りかかった櫻井さんから“寂しいだろ？”とプレッシャー（？）を受けながら）翔くんがメダルを何個持って帰ってくるのか期待してます。（笑）走り高跳び競技に選手として出場するとか、意外とイケルかも？僕はその間、日本で仕事の夏です。僕の夏は秋冬にズレる予定ですので……

S: When this issue gets on sale, I will not be in Japan. I can't help but wonder about how you guys (members) will be spending the "Summer Without Sakurai in Japan"

"I'll be anticipating in Japan on how many gold medals will be brought back"
O: Having to concentrate on the Asia Tour rehearsals too, it must be hard for Sho-kun. But (he) will have to return for the regular shows' recording in any case.
(At this moment, Sakurai-san who happened to pass by started pressurizing(?) with "(You'll) feel lonely, right?").
I am anticipating on how many gold medals will Sho-kun bring home XD. Suprisingly he might be good participating as an athlete for games such running high jump? As for me during that time, it will be a 'working summer' in Japan. That's because my summer is expected to shift into the autumn-winter season instead..."

2008 APRIL: MAGAZINE (DUET) - MUTUAL CURIOUSITY

In this issue, each members were asked 31 questions individually in regards to their personal lifestyles. One question had both Ohno and Sho focusing on each other

ほかのメンバーの生活で、不思議に思うことは？

大野：　翔くん。ニュースキャスターとラッパー、いつ切り替わるのか？って。近くで見てて、すごいなーって思う。ほら、楽屋じゃバカなことばっかやってるからさ（笑）。あのギャップが信じられない。『NEWS　ZERO』の前いっしょにいるときに眠そうにしてても、『ZERO』を見たらシャキッとしてたりするから。すごいよね。

櫻井：　大野くん、ツアーとか旅行のときに、いつも荷物が少ないの。あんなちっちゃいカバンにどうやってまとめてるんだ？って。自分が荷物が多いんで、すごく気になります。

"What do you find strange in regards to the other member's lifestyle?"

O: Sho-kun. I wonder how does he change completely between (his role) as a newscaster and rapper? Observing closely, I thought it's amazing. I mean, look; he's always fooling around in the dressing room XD. That gap is unbelievable. When we're together just before "NEWS ZERO", he always appear sleepy, but when I see him on (NEWS ZERO), he appears sharp(alert). That's really terrific, right.

S: Ohno-kun; during (concert) tours and travel, he always carry so little. How does he put together things in such a tiny bag, I wonder? I'm terribly curious because I carry lots of luggage.

2001 OCTOBER: MAGAZINE (MYOJO) - HAPPY ON THE ISLAND

In this issue, each member were asked various questions by the readers. One of the question is:

"もし、無人島に誰かひとりだけつれていけるとしたら？メンバーの中から選んでください。"

大野：　翔くん。無人島でも、ふたりで笑いながら楽しくやってけそう。

"If you can bring one person with you to an uninhabited island, who would it be? Please choose one of the members."

O: Sho-kun. Even on an uninhabited island, I feel that both of us are able to go along happily with laughters.
